Steps to Buy Goods

Step 0: Register

  • Go to our website and fill out the registration form.
  • Make sure to give your correct company and contact details.
  • If your company is in the EU, you must enter a VIES VAT number. Without this, we cannot work with you.
  • You will get a code by SMS. Use this to confirm your phone number.
  • If the code doesn’t come in 5 minutes, use Live Chat and we’ll send it by email.
  • After submission, our team will review your details. We will contact you by phone or email to confirm your account.
  • Once approved, you’ll get login access to Triel.sk, and a Sales Representative will be assigned to you.

Step 1: Log In and Place Your Order

New Customer

  • Log in and start shopping right away.
  • Use the menu on the left or the search bar to find items.
  • You can add as many products as you want. There is no minimum order.
  • Click "View" in the cart to check or change your order.
  • Click "Next Step" when you're ready.

Returning Customer

  • Log in and shop as usual.
  • Click "Reserve" to hold your items in the cart.
  • A green check means the item is saved. A red X means it's not available.
  • You can either:
    • Click "Next Step" to check out, or
    • Use Delayed Order to set a later time for automatic order processing. You can keep adding items until the deadline.

Step 2: Confirm Your Order

New Customer

  • You can only pay by Bank Transfer for your first order.
  • Click "Finish" to confirm your order.
  • We will check and confirm the available items.

Returning Customer

  • Choose Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery.
  • Note: Cash on Delivery is only available in countries where EURO is the main currency.
  • Click "Finish" to confirm your order.
  • If using Delayed Order, no action is needed now.

Step 3: Payment

New Customer

  • You will get a proforma invoice by email with our bank details.
  • Send the payment by Bank Transfer.
  • Once we receive it, we ship your goods.

Returning Customer

  • If you chose Cash on Delivery:
    • You’ll receive an email with a confirmation link. Click it to confirm your order.
    • The courier will collect payment in EURO.
  • If you chose Bank Transfer, use the bank info in the invoice. We’ll ship the goods once payment is received.

Important: Please enter payment details correctly:

  • SWIFT code
  • Bank name
  • Company name (Triel s.r.o.)
  • IBAN account number

We are not responsible for incorrect details.

Step 4: Shipping

  • After payment, your package is sent with a courier company.
  • Delivery is made to the address you gave us.
  • If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number.
